How Businesses Use Internet? Part 2

Pizza Hut was founded in 1958 by brothers Dan and Frank Carney in their hometown of Wichita, Kansas. When a friend suggested opening a pizza parlor--then a rarity--they agreed that the idea could prove successful, and they borrowed $600 from their mother to start a business with partner John Bender. In Brunei, they have 15 branches in every district except for Temburong.

This is how Pizza Hut use internet on their business:

Research Competition

Some businesses use the Internet to research competitors. An Internet search on a competing company results in articles and news stories about the competition that may help a business owner prepare for changes in the industry.
Advertising

Pizza Hut also use internet to advertise their foods and promotions. They're known as the most active advertiser in Brunei on their Social Media or Website. They also advertise without using internet such as using LED screen, banner and brochure. Offering text and banner ads on websites as well as informational pieces, the Internet allows advertisers to reach potential customers quickly and efficiently.

Research Customers Feedback

Pizza Hut use the Internet to monitor customer purchasing trends and interests. To discover what everyday people think about a particular product or service, the company can visit online social networking sites and message boards. Taking in this feedback helps the company make their products better.

As for Pizza Hut, they're very active on using internet to have many sales. Unlike Lagenda Clothing, Pizza Hut more active on their website and also research their competitors.
